On May 29, 2026, between 17:24 and 22:18 CEST, we experienced an incident affecting the api.fundraisingbox.com domain.
As a result, some integrations that relied on this endpoint were temporarily unavailable. This primarily affected certain Form API implementations, which may have prevented donations from being submitted during the incident window. Integrations using our iFrame forms were not affected.
Some REST API-based data synchronizations were also temporarily interrupted. These processes can be retried and no data loss is expected.
A mitigation was implemented by redirecting affected requests to an alternative endpoint, restoring service. Our engineering team is continuing to investigate the root cause and is working on additional measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
