As a result, some integrations that relied on this endpoint were temporarily unavailable. This primarily affected certain Form API implementations, which may have prevented donations from being submitted during the incident window. Integrations using our iFrame forms were not affected. Some REST API-based data synchronizations were also temporarily interrupted. These processes can be retried and no data loss is expected. A mitigation was implemented by redirecting affected requests to an alternative endpoint, restoring service.
